Katie Martucci is a tall lady who likes to sing, write, and play guitar. Since graduating from the New England Conservatory in 2016, Katie has toured the US with her trio The Ladles, founded the Tucci Swing Orchestra, released several solo recordings, and scored the National Geographic film ‘Glen Canyon Rediscovered’. Her forthcoming EP, ‘Note To Self’ explores the world of what is left unsaid in relationships and celebrates the bravery in breaking old silences. Tonight she is joined by Jacob Matheus (guitar) and Christian Cepeda (bass).

Carrie Furniss is a vocalist, songwriter, synth player, and improviser based in Ridgewood, Queens. After cutting her teeth in active bands like Pleaser and Dressage and dead bands like Birthing Hips (RIP), her first solo record entitled “Bitter and Sweet” was released on Topos Press on 11/26/21. On this record, the worlds of bedroom pop, improvisation, synthesizers, experimental music, and her tongue-in-cheek lyrics collide to make one big fun mess.

Damon Smith is a pianist, songwriter, and improviser based in New York City. He’s a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music and performs as a sideman and performer with the legendary “Losers Lounge” series at Joe’s Pub (2014 onward). He’s played his original music at Highline Ballroom, the Knitting Factory, CBGB’s, and Webster Hall, and as a sideman in festivals such as Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and Zappanale. His debut solo album, “Intimate Machinery,” came out on ERASED! tapes in December 2017. His second album “God of the Grid” came out in March 2019, which prompted NPR’s Here and Now to state, “excited for what he has next.” The “River of Regret” EP followed in November 2020.
