ruby is a Brooklyn-based free-folk duo made up of violinist/composer/singer abby swidler and singer/composer kim mayo. Brought together by friendship, a shared passion for collaboration, a deep love for lyric-writing, and an experimental approach to the composing and recording process, ruby was officially born when abby and kim challenged each other to fully write and arrange one song each day for a week, which culminated in creating a piece collaboratively on their last day. Through this process, in getting to peek so intimately into each other’s songwriting instincts, and in turning their own and each others’ songs over in their hands like the stone they’re named for, they realized that their musical sensibilities complemented each other, and that they wanted to keep exploring songwriting together.

Their week of writing every day together birthed the seed for a collection of songs that they are preparing for their first recording, which they plan to release early 2020

DPCD is the work of Illinois musician Alec Watson. Embracing the American song tradition with quiet intensity, the music contains warm repetitions on family, daily routine, and memory.  DPCD released their first album, “Good Visions,” in 2017.  Their second album, “False Virtue,” was released October 4, 2019.

Jesse in Grey sings songs that ruminate on lost time, alternate endings, and the internal dialogue of a truly bored midwesterner.

Lina Tullgren is a Queens guitar player, singer and writer . They make songs with 4 releases of varying sizes out in the world to date: an EP of sparse solo music, 2 full lengths of rock band music and a 7" of electronic pop songs written with friend and collaborator NTHNL . It's music that feels simultaneously gigantic and miniscule, quiet and loud; these songs are small attempts to understand the chaos of existence, to quiet the constant buzz in ones head .
