    Singer & songwriter Ali Dineen and piano mastermind Jon Weber join forces to bring you some of Ali's most beloved selections from 1920s-1940s jazz as well as some R&B classics! Ali and Jon met while performing at a Billie Holiday tribute night, and are excited to bring you this special duet performance.
     
    Jon Weber is a New York City-based jazz pianist and composer whose compositions and performances have met critical and popular acclaim in many countries around the world. He serves as host of Piano Jazz With Jon Weber on NPR. Ali Dineen is a singer/songwriter/musician born and raised in NYC, whose lyrics poetic and deeply personal, and highlight the intersections between personal experience, larger histories, and systems of power. 
     
    Jackson Lynch
    Jackson Lynch is a New Oreans-based singer, guitarist and songwriter frequently found crooning with his band Jackson and the Janks or fiddling with the Downhill Strugglers. A seasoned interpreter of traditional American folk songs, tonight he will perform some of his favorites solo.
     
    Cemre Necefbas and Clifford Cameron formed this duo to play their all time favorite songs - which range from Beatles classics to Bowie songs sung in Portuguese, along with a few their original compositions.
     
    About Cemre Necefbas

    Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, vocalist Cemre Necefbas grew up loving music and singing at every chance she got. Cemre received her first national recognition as a jazz vocalist in 2012, when she won 3rd place in the Nardis Young Jazz Voice Competition. In 2013, Cemre moved to New York City upon receiving a scholarship to attend The New School. She recently graduated with two degrees: BFA in Jazz Voice and BA in Contemporary Music. Whether in a duo setting, or fronting a large ensemble, Cemre is a master of creating exciting dynamics within her voice. Cemre is currently based in New York, focusing on writing her original music and performing with various groups around the city.
