    Oren O’Blunder Buss is a founding member of the band Elysian Fields and has played guitar or bass with scores of notables in the music scene.  His personal songwriting focuses on relationships and reflects his liking for folk, rock, pop, blues, classical, avant garde, jazz and world music.  He will be joined by Ollabelle /The Lumineers’ Byron Isaacs on bass, Jonno Linden from the Catapult on guitar and Sam Levin on drums.

    Special Guest Ed Pastorini has appeared many times on John Schaefer’s show on WNYC among many possible points of reference.  He studied piano with Lenny Tristano but loved Beefheart and The Beatles more than jazz.   His mordant, incisive lyrics and consummate musicianship are one in a million, but his modernistic and unique compositional and poetic language stamp him as an even rarer specimen.
