Ali Dineen has been performing her original music and songs from the American folk tradition in New York and across the United States for the past several years, drawing upon music ranging from 1920s American jazz to Eastern European polyphony. Her lyrics are poetic and deeply personal, using narrative to draw connections between personal experience and larger histories. Audiences across the country have been captivated by her breathtaking voice and the power of her songs’ messages. When not performing her original music, Ali also works with various projects including the Crimson Ragdolls and Bread and Puppet Theater, and works as a music educator. She is based in New York City.

STARCROSSED LOSERS is the title songwriter Kyle Morgan has given his ongoing musical/spiritual stumble through time.  Not really a band, not exactly a solo project, Losers is more like a continually-shifting musical collective gathered around the NYC-based singer and his evocative music.  For the past ten years, in collaboration with many a dear musical companion, Morgan has formed different iterations of Losers everywhere he’s lived: central Pennsylvania, southern Maine, the Cotswolds of England, and most recently, New York City.  With two full-length albums already under his belt, Morgan explores a range of styles in the “Americana” tradition, from stripped-down acoustic balladry and love-lorn parlor laments, to old-school rock’n’roll and distorted proto-punk.  Kyle is currently in the process prepping for STARCROSSED LOSERS’ third studio album to be recorded at Plaid Dog Recording in Boston, MA.

Frankie Sunswept and The Sunwrays play ‘cosmic r&b’, original songs reminiscent of Smokey Robinson, Roy Orbison and solo John Lennon records. The Sunwrays consist of Rachel Housle on drums, Sean Cronin on bass, Kyle Morgan on vocals and lead guitar, Ernie Vega on lap steel, and Frankie Sunswept on vocals, guitar and piano. Frankie Sunswept has performed in 45 US states and 11 international countries, creating original music drawing inspiration from folk music, blues, r&b and soul, to garage, surf, and rock n’ roll.
