    7:30 Doors 8:00 Show

Tree Palmedo is a Brooklyn-based musician and an eager collaborator in the worlds of jazz, free music, pop, and indie rock. As a trumpeter and multi-instrumentalist, he has recorded and performed with an eclectic cast of musicians including avant-pop orchestra Tredici Bacci, singer-songwriter Ben Zaidi, Oscar-nominated songwriter Joshuah Brian Campbell, and acclaimed indie rock bands like The World Is A Beautiful Place and I Am No Longer Afraid To Die, Mild High Club, and Sloppy Jane. Tree’s contemporary jazz quartet project Earprint received four stars in Downbeat and was named #1 debut album on the NPR Jazz Critic’s Poll. He has also released work as a singer-songwriter with the band Peaceful Faces. He plays regularly in the Brooklyn bands Tredici Bacci and Drinking Bird .

Wood River is a Brooklyn based band lead by multi instrumentalist Charlotte Greve.
Expect back beats, through composed melodies, enigmatic lyrics and grooves, bathed in swirling synths, alto saxophone, electric bass and guitars – Music that is as un-categorizable as the musicians are versatile. A captivating blend of jazz, ambient and rock music with a rarely heard compositional rigour.

Oropendola is the effervescent lyrical chamber-pop project of Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter & musician Joanna Schubert. The oropendola is a gregarious bird native to South and Central America ~ a feathery friend who enjoys a good silly swing on a branch. A golden pendulum. A call that conjures water droplets cascading and trickling through the air, only to suddenly crash upon a rocky shore… of figurative sorts.  With a knack for emotional and whimsical storytelling and colorful arrangements, a distinct chameleon-like voice that loves the song-speak, and a tendency towards the musically delicious and unpredictable, Oropendola chases through various genres with a playful theatricality and indie sensibility.  Influences range from and are not limited to: eclectic forces like Kate Bush, Joni Mitchell, and Joanna Newsom; the melodic and chaotic arrangements of Sufjan Stevens and Of Montreal; French Impressionist piano music; musical theater; the proggiest of The Beatles and the most melodic of Prog; the 90s/early aughts pop, R&B, and pop-punk.
